It is assumed that foreign people who cannot understand Japanese and many disabled people will come to the competition venue where the 2019 Rugby World Cup and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games will be held.
To create an environment where everyone can enjoy the spectacle safely and securely, we will use an ICT system (information transmission through sound technology) to test whether information can be transmitted equally to healthy people, foreigners and people with disabilities.
Based on the findings and results obtained, we aim to spread the system through the country in the future.
